Initial registration and readiness assessment are free of charge. Registration does not guarantee verified status until manual audit by Oya specialists confirms export eligibility.

2. Secure Deal Roadmap

Verified suppliers must adhere to Oya's 6-stage deal validation timeline (assessment, B2B profiling, RFQ verification, digital escrow negotiations, logistics check, and settlement history) to ensure deal safety.

3. Limitation of Liability

Oya provides operational, design, and escrow framework guidance, but disclaims direct liability for bilateral contractual violations made outside Oya platform-facilitated escrow pathways.
